Kill Screen / Most Contagious Exhibition
Our favourite videogame magazine wheels out its High Scores of 2013 at Most Contagious NYC
We're pleased as (Mike Tyson's) punch (Out) to welcome Kill Screen, the inimitable videogame arts and culture review, to the lineup of speakers, experiences and workshops at this year's Most Contagious.
Since its crowdfunded launch in the early days of Kickstarter, we've turned to Kill Screen for deep thought on electronic play, and now we're happy to welcome them to Most Contagious NYC on December 11 as confreres-in-controllers.
The Kill Screeners will be previewing some of their favourite games of the year in anticipation of the release of their annual High Scores list (check out last year's).
Most Contagious attendees will have a chance to test their gaming prowess against the critics' picks, whether they're hyper-addictive iPad games or arty, auteur-based indie fare. Let's face it: many of us don't get a ton of time to play, so a chance to get a rundown on the year's best is welcome.
The Kill Screen collaboration is just one of the many experiences that'll be available in both New York and London as part of Most Contagious' exhibition portion. Stay tuned for more announcements.
