Wildfire Full of Tomorrow / SXSW

by Contagious Team

Our Wildfire seminar at SXSW next year - we need your votes!

We presented our Wildfire seminar Full of Tomorrow to a packed audience at theCannes Lions festival. The presentation explores how future-facing technology could influence consumers' lives and every-day routines within the next five years. Now, we've been encouraged to submit the seminar, hosted with our friends at Leo Burnett, to SXSW -- and it's been accepted. Now we need your vote to make sure that our very own Paul Kemp-Robertson and Holler's James Kirkham can get up on stage in Austin next year.

Kirkham says: 'This seminar's natural home might well be SXSW. It is about discovery. Things which make you go 'wow'. A glimpse of tomorrow. A lens into the future. We've wrapped it all up into an easy to swallow way too. It simply shows us how brands can bring tiny technological changes to our every day routine that will have a huge wonderful impact on our lives.'

Our seminar provides the audience with a head-start on the most significant technological innovations that will redefine how brands connect with people yet at the same time ensure that marketers and entrepreneurs keep humans - not consumers - at the heart of everything they do.

If you'd like to see us up on stage at next year's interactive festival please head over to the SXSW Panelpicker and submit your vote.

But wait...while you're in panelpicking mode there are a couple of other opportunities for you to spread the Contagious love. Over in New York, Arwa Mahdawi, another member of Contagious' editorial team is also busy plugging panels. She is due to be moderating JWT-organised panel, Reading is no Longer Fundamental, which will discuss the rise of visual culture and its implications on communications and commerce. Contagious is also set to moderate Can't Live Without You, in which PayPal, Mashable and Spotify will examine what it takes to become a meaningful brand today.
