Now / Next / Why / Brand as Interface

by Contagious Team

A limited number of tickets still avaliable for Contagious' upcoming Now / Next / Why event in London

Contagious and friends will be sharing our thoughts on Brand as Interface at LSO St Lukes, London, on 25 September.

We will explore the various ways in which brands are justifying their presence in people's lives, including:

Amplified Live /
We've all seen the effect of social media on live events: whether it's the cachet of being at an exclusive launch, or a great concert, the impulse to share - by any means available - is almost hardwired into our brains. The smartest brands are recognising the power that fan-fuelled amplification brings to their business.

The New Loyalty /
Once characterized by a selection of plastic cards you forgot you had and points you never remembered to redeem, the loyalty scheme of old has radically evolved.  While traditionally restricted to flight purchases or the weekly shop, a number of apps are now mapping social activity to loyalty programmes and adding an element of recompense to a diverse range of everyday activities.

Sponsorship Activation /
The time we spend interacting with entertainment is often precious and pure. Distractions are not necessary, nor appreciated. Finally, a new generation of brands is beginning to reimagine the art of sponsorship activation, justifying their ticket to the game not just with a bulging wallet, but with a genuine offering to enhance, improve and augment the experiences for fans.

We will also be looking at ReCoding LuxurySocial Significance and Brand Play. For more information on these topics, simply click here.

We are extremely excited to have Andy Hobsbawm, founder and chief marketing officer of EVRYTHNG, giving us his unique insight into the world of Loyalty. A former TED speaker and Financial Times columnist, Andy has also been recognized by industry professionals as one of most influential 100 individuals who have most contributed to the development and growth of e-commerce and the Internet in the UK.

Jeremy Edwards, founder and director of content at Activative will also be joining us to provide a dose of the expert sponsorship activation analysis he delivers to clients including the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the National Football League (NFL) and the BBC.

Attendees will also receive a copy of the Now / Next / Why Report - exclusive to delegates and packed with all the learnings and case studies from the day.

We've placed inspiration and practical advice for attendees at the heart of our Now / Next / Why Sessions, addressing the most pressing issues and trends facing brands and agencies.

As well as sharing case studies from the world's most innovative brands, we'll be providing analysis and actionable insights that will help you develop business advantage. It's also a chance to pause, absorb and network with like-minded people both agency and client-side.
